Currently Reading: Deliciously Ella & Clean (the revolutionary program)


 These are not actually reading books but they are really interesting and informative books. 


First of all Deliciously Ella is a blog by a very wonderful person whom I found very inspiring. She shares her lifestyle, recipes as well as other information and personal inspirational story. I adore this blog and love the recipes and am currently trying to eat a more plant based diet for various health reasons and I found the blog really helpful. So I was super excited to purchase the recipe book and I love it. It is super informative and split into different food type categories, each with detailed information and best practices. My favourite section of the book is the kitchen and pantry essentials, I am trying to purchase a couple of items each month to fully stock my cupboards. I have tried a lot of the recipes so far and I have loved all I’ve tried, I am also trying out a couple of new recipes from this book each week to finally build a staple / go to set of healthy recipes which I will be accustomed with and will create in minutes. There  are also a lot of tips on how to literally create meals in 10mins with a little food prep each week.

Definitely recommend this book for anyone who would like to eat healthier or switch to a plant based diet or incorporate some plant based super tasty meals with their current meals. I also think this is an ideal recipe book for anyone who follows a vegan or vegetarian diet as it is full of inspirational and tasty recipes.

The other book I am currently reading is clean the revolutionary program to restore the body’s natural ability to heal itself. I first heard of this book through deliciously ella and I thought I should give it a go. I am currently half way through this book and I am amazed by the amount of information and realities we are faced with everyday, without even realising. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone like me who suffers from a condition and does not find medication to be effective. I will hopefully be doing the clean detox plan within the book and if I manage to do it I will document my experience.
